Terms and Conditions

  • Coin conversion campaign period is from 15th May 2024 - 31st December 2026
  • Coin conversion is entitled to customer who are both My Lotus’s member and Amaze Member and downloaded Amaze Application for coin conversion between his/her own My Lotus’s account and his/her own Amaze account. Customer couldn’t convert coin/point to other person’s account.
  • Only My Lotus’s account whose mobile number and Thai citizen ID are the same as those of Amaze account is eligible to link account and proceed for coin/point conversion.
  • For conversion of Lotus’s Coins to Amaze Points: Lotus’s Coins can be convertible according to the steps determined in Lotus App at 1 Lotus’s Coin equal to 100 Amaze Points each time. Lotus’s coin will be deducted immediately after transaction completed and Amaze Point will be added to Amaze account within 1 hour. 
  • For conversion of Amaze Point to Lotus’s Coins: Amaze Point can be convertible according to the steps determined in Amaze Application at 100 Amaze Points equal to 1 Lotus’s Coin each time. Amaze Point will be deducted immediately after transaction completed and Lotus’s Coins will be added to My Lotus’s account within 1 hour. 
  • After conversion completed, the converted coins cannot be changed, canceled, revoked or refunded for cash in any cases.
  • Lotus’s coins received from Amaze point conversion will be expired on 31 January of the year following the expired year of the Amaze Point used for conversion.
    • For example
      • The customer made a point transfer transaction on 1 March2024 by transferring 1,000 Amaze Points to 10 Lotus Coins.
      • Lotus Coins received will expire on 31 January 2025.
  • Amaze Point received from Lotus’s coins conversion will be expired on 31 December for the next two years from the year of transfer. 
    • For example
      • The customer made a point transfer transaction on 1 March 2024 by transferring 20 Lotus Coins to 2,000 Amaze Points.
      • Earned Amazon Points will expire on 31 December 2026.
  • CP Axtra Public Company Limited and/or Ascend Commerce Co., Ltd. (“the Companies”) reserves the right to amend, change, suspend or cancel terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Companies’ decision is final.
  • The Companies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any point conversion which has a reason to believe that it might come from misuse and/or fraudulent activity or any other acts that may cause harm to this campaign or to the Companies.
  • The companies reserves the right to collect, use and disclose member’s personal information to relevant entities for the purpose of coin conversion between Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd. and Ascend Commerce Co., Ltd.  
  • The use of Amaze Point to purchase goods and/or services or redeem privileges is subject to terms and conditions as determined by Ascend Commerce Co., Ltd.
  • The use of Lotus’s Coin to purchase goods and/or services or redeem privileges is subject to terms and conditions as determined by Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd.
